Sarah & Lester: We've never been disappointed with the salmon that we've bought there.  Sometimes we'll take our purchases with crackers to sample with tastings from a nearby winery.

Rick - LOVE smoked salmon and smoked fish in general. At the moment, there is a funky place near Tampa/St. Pete but they don't ship. Otherwise, we have to order from MI! This is also a good reminder that something we pass by every day or enjoy the food from is a good thing to post about. Thanks!
